Questions firms ask

How soon after recording does a lien show up?

Usually the next morning. A few counties post their index later; each county page lists its typical delay.

Where does the data come from?

County recorder indexes and recorded images, and the California Secretary of State. Every record links back to its document number.

Can I mail these taxpayers?

Practitioners may send solicitations that meet Circular 230 §10.30. Our templates include the required solicitation statement and data source. You remain responsible for your own content.

What happens to my exclusive county if I cancel?

It opens to the next firm on that county's waitlist at the end of your billing period.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account page; the change applies at your next billing date.
